I loved how close it was to the airport making my travel super easy and I appreciated the short walk of less than 5 minutes to Airport Lakes Park for a lovely evening stroll after a long day so balancing relaxation and convenience was ideal plus there were several dining choices nearby like Carrabba's and The Bistro which made eating out a breeze but the room could use some updates since it felt a bit dated.

The location is super convenient for the airport, and the shuttle service was prompt. Room cleanliness was an issue, with stains on the carpet. Breakfast options were limited, with no meat available. Overall, okay for a quick stay.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is a major plus, making travel easy. Although our check-in experience wasn't ideal, the front desk staff ultimately provided the assistance we needed. A special shoutout to the pleasant lady at the front desk for her professionalism.

The blood-stained sheets were a shocking sight, and after two trips downstairs for replacements, I felt more uncomfortable than relaxed. The breakfast was minimal—just bread and waffles—though there were some nice modern touches in the room, which was otherwise small yet functional. An unpleasant smell from the air conditioning lingered, and the bathroom had a few cleanliness issues that shouldn’t have been overlooked. A mixed bag of experiences, no doubt.

I appreciated how easy it was to explore various nearby dining options, such as Carrabba's and Bonefish Grill, all within a short walk of around 500 meters, and the proximity to the airport made my travels hassle-free with quick access to my flight; the rooms were spacious and the staff, particularly the front desk, were helpful in arranging a ride when my taxi didn't arrive as expected, but the breakfast options were quite limited, lacking more hearty choices.

The location was amazing, just steps from shopping and dining. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything, including reservations and the airport shuttle.

The room had a good size with comfortable beds, which was a plus. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. The bathroom was clean, but there were areas needing deep cleaning. The toilet overflowed, and we had to switch rooms, which was inconvenient. The door was heavy, causing my child to accidentally hurt himself. Card keys were a hassle, often needing multiple swipes to work. There were maintenance issues evident, like a patched shower curtain rod. While the facilities were nice, the experience with the room left much to be desired.

The response from staff felt lackluster; urgency must be prioritized in hospitality. The breakfast options lacked variety and freshness, especially for travelers. Room conditions were not ideal; dampness and odor compromised comfort. I experienced delays during check-in, exacerbated by an unhelpful housekeeping employee. Despite some positives, improved training for staff and rigorous attention to cleanliness are necessary. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend staying here. A solid establishment can become exceptional with the right focus.

Check-in was a nightmare; even though our room was ready, we had to wait until 3 PM. The staff were unhelpful, and we faced issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and terrible communication about housekeeping. Not impressed at all!

I absolutely loved lounging by the heated outdoor pool! The jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after my long flight. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot and fueled my adventures!

The room was spacious with a separate living area, and the location was convenient with a shuttle service to the airport. the hotel offered laundry facilities , which was a plus for us during our romantic escape.
The experience was not as expected. The room was dirty upon arrival, with hair on the sheets and pillowcases.

Had a great area to explore, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff was friendly, approachable, and went above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns. The shuttle driver provided excellent service and gave helpful recommendations for local spots.
The room had a strong chemical smell that was nauseating. Additionally, there was a mix-up with guest information, causing unnecessary confusion.

The room I stayed in was very spacious, which I appreciated, and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the jet bath, it was a nice touch for relaxation. Unfortunately, there were quite a few drawbacks as well. the breakfast situation was disappointing. The menu was very limited, with sugary cereals, waffles that you had to queue for, and some not, so. There were no fruits, hot beverages, or proper tableware provided, which was quite underwhelming. Another major issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were signs of lackluster cleaning, with urine stains on the toilet bowl and floor, making it very uncomfortable to use the restroom. The shower head was also clogged, resulting in low water pressure, which was a letdown after a long day of travel. the communication and service at the hotel were lacking. I had requested an early morning airport transfer, but there were delays and miscommunication, leading to a close call with missing my flight. The staff's response to issues like a faulty door lock and the water shutdown was not up to par, adding to the overall negative experience.

I felt like I was in a charming small town with a lake promenade. The meeting facilities were great. I had a blast at the nearby beaches and the mall. The outdoor pool was refreshing, and Universal Studios™ was a blast!

Hopped to Disney & Universal , epic rides! Crayola was rad , we drew like pros! Chilled at pools, hit insane water slides at Volcano Bay! Space, themed fun was out of this world, bro!
Needed more rad nightlife options for party people like us! .

the staff at country inn was amazing - so accommodating and warm! adrian and mike made our stay memorable. the hotel's location is super close to the airport, and the shuttle service is convenient. we loved the pool and hot tub area, and the shuttle to local restaurants within 2 miles was a nice touch.

Our family had a blast at Walt Disney World®, where we felt like kids again surrounded by beloved characters and thrilling rides. The Crayola Experience was a hit with the little ones, sparking their creativity with vibrant colors and fun activities.
My kids wished for a larger playground area for more outdoor fun.

We had a great time at this hotel near the Orlando airport. The free shuttle service was extremely convenient, taking us to nearby restaurants and back to the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with useful amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. We especially loved the separate room in our suite with a pull-out bed and extra TV. The staff, especially Jim the shuttle driver, were friendly and welcoming, making our check-in and check-out process a breeze. The location of the hotel was perfect, just minutes away from the airport, making our travel experience hassle-free.
The only downside we experienced was that as a wheelchair user, the accessible room we were assigned had a bed that was too high for me to transfer onto without assistance. Unfortunately, there was no staff available to help remove the extra platform I needed to access the bed.

The room had a sweet smelling clean fragrance, and the linen on the bed was freshly cleaned. the check-in staff was wonderful and offered warm cookies upon arrival. the room was bright and clean, and the entire facility had a friendly atmosphere. the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, and the room was very comfortable in general, with recent updates to beds, furniture, and bathroom fixtures.

My stay at Country Inn was comfortable and convenient. The hotel staff was helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was excellent and the airport shuttle was convenient. The location was also convenient. I'll recommend this hotel.
